Amazing pizza would come here every day for pizza but then I would get fat but anyway love their french fry pizza it's my favorite thing. Best specialty pizzas around.

Ordered a pizza tonight, delivery was promised within an hour, a bit long since the place is barely 10 minutes from my house. Ended up ordering anyways. It took over 1 hr 40 mins for the driver to get here and the pizza was completely cold of course. The store manager gave me an attitude over the phone rather than make things right. I've ordered from this place several times before but doubt that I'll do so again. The pizza isn't bad which is why they get 2 stars but the awful service just ruins it.

I am torn. I love this place but my most recent visit has me disappointing. since moving here, been on the search for best pizza. Peppa's is really good. my fave is Rosemary's Potato bliss, its not listed on their print menu but it is online. Their french fry pizza is also great. For the plain janes, pepperoni is yum. so, since i have been talking this up to friends, we decided to go for lunch. There was 7 of us and we ordered 2 large pizzas. as I am eating , i notice hair on it and thinking it was one of the girls we were with. NBD tll i started to pull it off. nope, it was baked into the crust! i went up to the counter to tell them about this and all the girl could do/say was give me a grossed out look and offer to throw it away. it was pretty busy that day, so i waited til the crowd died down since i didn't want to gross out the other patrons. so, you are not even going to inform the cook? I was about to make a scene but figured if this was how they handled these kinds of situations, then I am better off going elsewhere for pizza. I guess i should have done it when it was busy! Let the others see how they aren't really concerned about sanity here. so, look out for hairs. it was pretty long too. I doubt I will come back anytime soon. Its a shame because Peppa's was delicious.

Dude, this place is legit! If you want a nice, thin, delicious slice that totally melts in your mouth, then come here! I've been here a few times and have never been disappointed with my pizza. You get to select a single slice of pizza that varies from sweet and sour chicken to a plain cheese that is rather appetizing. This is my two year olds favorite place to go when it's his night to select a place. It's about $14 for three specialty slices and two bottles of vitamin water. Pretty good deal for a family dinner! They also have all you can eat and a fountain drink for (about) $7.50 on two weekdays of the week. If you're hungry for something good and want a sweet deal, go here. They also do delivery and make whole pizzas to go. If your feeling frisky, get a beer next door at the beer shop and a slice of pizza from here and enjoy it on their patio. Talk about a sweet meal!

Unquestionably my favorite restaurant in the Springfield area. I go here a few times a month at least. It's so hard to find a place that sells specialty pizzas by the slice, and Peppa's slices are amazing. Huge New York style with thin, crispy crust. Their deep-dish pies are also delicious. Gigantic servings of french fries. If you live in the area and love pizza you owe it to yourself to give Peppa's a try. They also now have a second location next to Paddy's Pub on Breckwood Blvd. in Springfield, which I've yet to visit.

My New Years resolution is to not over-rate businesses on Yelp. It's hard not to over-rate Peppa's as long as you rate them solely on their pizza. Every time I've been there it's been with a group of at least 5 people. Conveniently we all shared pieces of what we ordered in the spirit of "OMG you have to try this". Arguably the favorite of both visits was the "BBQ Chicken" pie. Regardless of your taste they have a large/wide variety of pizzas ready to go at any time. Old world Sicilian, eggplant/ricotta, meat lovers, etc. They even have a french fry pizza. If you consider it a down side, it's a pizza joint. You order and pay at the counter and someone brings your order out. I don't have anything against pizza joints, just don't expect ambiance. Frankly ambiance means nothing when you're enjoying pizza like this. If you're in the area it is worth the stop.

I admit it, I am a fiend for Peppa's buffalo chicken pie. It's a monument of neon orange buffalo chicken and creamy blue cheese flavor atop soft, pillowy dough. Not to detract from their other pies or anything, but the buffalo is my usual purchase. And they do offer a large selection of other pies. In fact, they seem to be trying for an Antonio's Pizza by the Slice kind of thing with their "specialty" offerings. And while they don't offer anywhere near the flavor selection as that venerable Amherst institution, nor do they quite match the quality, they're certainly appreciated for trying. They're also appreciated for being one of the few local pizzerias who not only has their own style but manages to make pizza that's actually halfway decent. In contradiction of one of the other reviewers, Peppa's biggest draw for me is their dough. Pizza dough is SUPPOSED to be soft and floury, not hard and corn-starchy. Unlike most pizzerias in Springfield, Peppa's gets pizza dough right! Granted, you might not want to load on the toppings, especially moisture-soaked veggies, for fear of floppiness. But you should be going for that bright orange buffalo chicken and gooey white blue cheese anyway, not...green...things. Incidentally, I first experienced Peppa's several years ago via an "all you can eat" night where I scarfed down several of their cheese and buffalo chicken slices. It seemed popular with college kids and youngsters at the time. If it's still something they entertain I recommend dropping by for a taste as it's a great introduction to their pie.

Delicious pizza. Prices are very good. I have tried 5 or 6 different kinds now, all good. Solid place and right next to the Beer Shop, which is glorious.

Live so close I can walk there so we order from here a lot. I love the BBQ chicken salad filled with lots of chicken, onions and peppers smothered in BBQ sauce. They give you a garlic knot to go with it, yum! I recommend the Greek dressing on it. I love all their grinders too, usually order the eggplant parm or chicken bomb, both taste fresh and delicious! BBQ chicken pizza is yummy too. Favorite pizza they have is the chicken and broccoli, it's a white pizza with garlic, olive oil, ricotta, broccoli, chicken and mozzarella. Love it! The only complaint I have is sometimes you order things and they aren't as good as they usually are. Not sure if it's a different employee making it different or sometimes if you order late, Peppas express makes and delivers it to you instead. Still good just sometimes not as good. Definitely order from here on the regular!

Solid pizza selections, all-you-can-eat slices on Mondays and Tuesdays, and delicious calzones! I love their wings (extra crispy) and grilled chicken bomb grinders too! The salads are alright, pretty hit or miss. But overall, a great Takeout joint.

Creative slices, but mediocre taste. Crust and slices in general were very very dry and almost inedible, especially the French fry slice. I didn't eat the crust because of the flour-like powdery dryness. The slices are kept cold and reheated upon ordering. Maybe they should be kept warm to avoid drying out. The slices were priced pretty good with four costing around $12. This is like the third time I've been there with always the same result, dry pizza.

Like a magnet every time I am in the area....i am drawn to peppa's for some delicious pizza. i have never been disappointed. their selection and variety is off the charts....but i'm strictly a pepperoni, sausage and hamburger topping sort of guy. the ingredients always seem high quality...and the way they bake the pie=no grease!! staff seems friendly enough..its always ready when they say.....and it is definetely 4 star quality. what more do you want? enjoy!!

I went to Peppa's on Saturday night to order some food with my girlfriend. I only planned on getting two subs but when I saw their selection of specialty pizzas I had to indulge. I got a roast beef sub with american cheese, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, and mayo. All of the ingredients were extremely fresh I had a hard time putting the sandwich down. My girlfriend ordered a chicken parm grinder with sauce on the side because she doesn't like when it gets soggy. It was absolutely perfect. The sauce was DELICIOUS. You could tell that they were fresh breaded chicken tenders and not the frozen pre-packaged ones. My girl got a slice of buffalo chicken pizza which was amazing, and I'm not normally big into buffalo. I got the spinach, eggplant and ricotta slice which honestly I don't have words for. If you like eggplant and spinach you need to try this pizza. Last, in our moment of gluttony, we ordered cheese fries. All I can say is wow. They were seasoned potato wedges with mozzarella, cheddar, and bacon. They were similar to potato skins. I will definitely order from here more often, because other pizza places in this area are mediocre and fall short in comparison to the quality of food I received the other night. I have worked in a pizzeria for four years so I like to be very analytical of the service when I order out. There were many people working in the kitchen together, making our time spent waiting significantly shorter than I expected. The girls working behind the counter were friendly and kept themselves busy. We decided to stay and eat at one of the booths in the far corner. One of the girls walked around, sanitizing the tables. She asked us how everything was and told us to ask her if we needed anything. Literally five minutes later a different girl walked around cleaning the tables again. She even was courteous enough to ask if we minded that she cleaned the table next to us. I would definitely recommend this place not only for the delicious food, but for the great customer service.

Peppas is great. New York Style pizza done very well for new england, which means thin slices which you can fold over to eat. Great variety and always friendly staff. Cant comment on delivery as we always pick up.

It's OK. I've been here a few times in the past but would rather not return. I'm not a big fan of their pizza. Let me clear that up. I'm not a big fan of any kind of pizza they make here. The regular cheese is awful. It's hard to make a terrible cheese pizza unless your trying at home and have no idea what to do. The other specialty pizzas are edible but not something I would ever be craving for. I say give it a shot if you want to try pizza with some creativity. I mean that in a good way. They have some very interesting combos of pizzas they come up with. It wasn't for me, but I would still recommend it to anyone looking to try out something different.

Variety of ingredients and style pizzas, they make their own soup and shred their own cheese. With a town full of pizza places they still managed to stand out from the rest! The counter girl that's usually working I think her name is Miranda is really sincere and always helped me leave happy. Good job guys!

Peppa's has been my favorite pizza place for quite a few years now . It's a little bit of a ride for me , but well worth it . On Mondays and Tuesdays , they have an "All you can eat "special for about $7-8 which includes soda ! There are SO many unusual varieties to choose from - some of my favorites are spinach and eggplant with white sauce and chicken and broccoli .But the piece de resistance , for me , is the Mexican pizza with hamburg ( also can be ordered as Mexican Chicken). The Mexican includes lettuce , peppers , tomatoes spices , meat , and tortilla chips for garnish . ALL the ingredients at Peppa's are always fresh , never canned , and the herbs are fresh too ! Their crust is delicious - they offer a Sicilian pizza as well as traditional crust whcih is neither too thin or too thick . If you are looking for some " unusual" delicious homemade pizza , by the slice or the whole pie , Peppa's is for you - they offer slcies with french fries and bacon , tortellini, buffalo chicken - you name it , they got it . As well , of course, as the typical pepperoni , cheese , combo, etc.
